Release all tension

Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Relax your body completely, breathe comfortably, and close your eves. Bend your knees slightly and release all tension.

Lift your elbows out to the side and place our hands in front of the middle of your chest. Face your palms toward the ground, but keep your hands, shoulders, and arms relaxed. Bend your knees slightly.

Twist your torso from side to side, as though you are spinning on an axis. Twist only your upper body, keeping your hips and thighs completely stationary.

Breathe in deeply and exhale completely.

Continue the motion for several minutes. If you feel pain, breathe into the pain, focusing on directing fresh, healing energy into the area that feels painful. Continue until the motion feels comfortable. After a few minutes, let your arms drop, allowing them to swing side to side.

Abdominal Vibration

This form of Brain Wave Vibration, also known as Dahn-jon Clapping, will help facilitate incredible improvements to your health if you practice it regularly. Abdominal Vibration is among the most effective methods for improving the overall balance of energy in the body as it draws heat energy away from the head and into the abdomen.

This is a classic exercise to begin to stimulate the physical energy of the body. The physical energy is centered in the lower abdomen in what is called the lower Dahn-jon, but many of us, usually because of inactivity, do not have strong lower Dahn-jons. This is a way to reinvigorate the lower Dahn-jon, and thus the physical body as well.

If you suffer from any digestive problems, you should practice this consistently, working up to 1,000 repetitions per dab.

Bigger isn’t always better

When people first start practicing Brain Wave Vibration, they sometimes think that making bigger and faster movements will result in better effects, but this is not necessarily so. They are used to thinking that the harder they work at a something, the better the results will be. This is often true, but you must remember that Brain Wave Vibration works on a very different principle than other exercise forms.

Brain Wave Vibration is not about moving the muscles, pumping the heart, or burning calories, although all these things may offer added benefits. Rather, it is about improving the energy system of the body, especially as it relates to your brain. This could mean that very subtle vibrations are all that are needed. In fact, large, flamboyant movements will tend to draw you into the outside world, which is not the desired effect. As you begin, focus on your body to discover your own natural rhythm. Begin with simple, subtle movement and let the sensation grow from there.

Practice anytime, for as long as feels appropriate

Many people say that they cannot stick to their fitness routines because they simply don’t have time. With Brain Wave Vibration, you don’t get to use that excuse. There is no specific amount of time needed to practice it. A session could last from 3 minutes to an hour or more. Any break during the day even while sitting at your desk can be turned into a Brain Wave Vibration break.

The results you get depend on how well you focus and how deep you are willing to go into the vibrations, not on the amount of time you spend doing it. Start with several 3- to 5-minute sessions, and then gradually increase the amount of time you spend on a single session. Eventually work up to sessions of 10 minutes may have some doubts about the method’s validity. Try to empty your mind of these thoughts and just follow the natural wisdom of your body. Remember that there is no right or wrong wav to practice. If you are sincere and are willing to focus on yourself, your results will be excellent.

Brain waves suffer

Does that mean you have to seek out a scientific laboratory or buy some expensive equipment to check on the health of your brain waves? Not at all. The evidence of your brain waves is all around you. It is evident in the quality of the relationships you have, in the emotions you carry, and in all the choices you make. Everything in your life is the direct result of your brain waves.

Information has the greatest effect on the health of your brain. You could almost think of information as food for your brain. Low quality information is like junk food for the brain, while high quality information is like highly nutritious, satisfy¬ing food. And just like the other functions of the body, brain waves suffer it led a consistent diet of low-level information.

The situation with many people’s information consumption is not unlike the situation with food consumption. First of all, there is simply too much information being served up. We are constantly bombarded with facts, theories, arguments, advertisements, images, noise the list goes on. Our brains cannot handle all the extraneous information.

Information Management

For real brain mastery, you must learn to see your life in the same way, realizing that all the difficult, ugly parts of life can become the compost from which grows your own fulfillment. The trick is to keep a positive mind so that all the beautiful possibilities of life can be seen.

Information Management

Mastering your brain essentially means controlling the nature of your brain waves. But how do you know you have brain waves? You cannot directly feel them. The only reason you know you have brain waves is because you have been told you do. Of course we could measure them if we had the right equipment, but few of us will have the experience of seeing our brain waves as they are observed through advanced scientific equipment. In fact, even in that case, the scientist is not seeing the brain waves themselves. These waves are invisible to all the senses; they can be translated into a measurable form only through scientific technology.

Big, beautiful pumpkins were growing

So one day, I decided I would do something about the problem. 1 began to clear the garbage away, one piece at a time. When all the trash had been hauled away, 1 buried it in a hole that I had dug in the mountains. 1 then planted pumpkin seeds in the ground covering the trash. Soon, big, beautiful pumpkins were growing there.

This was a huge moment of discovery for me. It came at a moment when I felt truly hopeless about my life. In my early twenties, I had failed the college entrance exams three times. I realized that all I really needed was the opportunity to do something positive for people, and that something positive could even come from a pile of trash.

True brain mastery is the ability to see possibility, even where others sec only trash. Those pumpkins grew so well precisely because the garbage had been there before; the trash add¬ed nutrients to the soil.

Brain Mastery

The phrase brain mastery probably makes you think of something slightly different than what 1 mean by the term. Brain mastery does not mean being smart or being able to perform mental tricks. Rather, brain mastery is the ability to maintain a proper relationship between your brain and the outside world.

If you are a brain master, you have an almost uncanny ability to stay in the moment and to not be swept away by thoughts and emotions. You can control your attitude and keep a positive mind-set, regardless of the situation. And most importantly, a master of the brain never loses hope, no matter how dark the situation gets.

I remember one time when I was a young man there was a bridge under which people threw a lot of garbage. The garbage just piled up week alter week. Peopk- complained about the garbage, but no one ever did anything to change the situation.

Ilchi lee Educator Words About Brain Development

The child rocks the head side to side and repeats, “Do-ri do-ri, do-ri do-ri,” which translates as “truth” or “principle.” Because many energy pathways meet at the neck, it is thought to advance children’s development, especially brain development.

Even as adults, we tend to bounce our knees and drum our fingers when stressed or nervous. Also, when we feel disappointment or disgust, we shake our head side to side. This movement is done around the world, which Darwin noticed long ago through his observations of emotional expression. I believe these motions are instinctive to people because they help calm the brain waves in a very natural wav. Through the rhythmic movements of Brain Wave Vibration, I hope you will begin to apply these methods to yourself in a more conscious, deliberate manner.

The healing power of rhythm is becoming very clear. Recently, drumming has become an increasingly popular form of therapy. It seems to offer troubled individuals a chance to release stored emotions and to gain a feeling of personal power.

The Healing Power of Rhythm

Brain Wave Vibration is a rhythmical training method; it begins with moving your body to the beat of music, and from there the sensation expands as you find your body’s natural rhythm. In a sense, you could say you are calibrating your brain to get back in sync with your body.

People use rhythm instinctively to help calm their own brain waves. When a baby cries or fusses, what does a mother do? She rocks and gently bounces the baby until the baby quiets down. No one had to teach the mother how to do this; she does so very naturally. Children will also rock and bounce themselves on their own to calm themselves, if the parent is not there.

In Korea, we teach children the do-ri do-ri movement, which is strikingly similar to basic Brain Wave Vibration.
