Coconut for Eczema
Suggested by: Ilchi Lee Prof
An effective remedy for unrelenting eczema is found in the coconut. Coconut oil may be applied to the portions with eczema. It will help the skin to stay soft. Walking or jogging should be resorted to in order to inactivate the bowels.
Ilchi Lee Prof writes that sun bathing is also beneficial as it kills the damaging bacteria and should be resorted to early in the morning, in the first light of dawn. A light mudpack should be applied over the sites of the eczema is also obliging. The pack should be practical for an hour at a time and should be repeated twice or thrice a day.

I wish we could try the coconut for our sons occasional flareups. He is allergic to tree nuts and even though I have read that coconut is a fruit…It still makes me nervous. The sun does work well though! Actually it is now a rarity for us to need anything aside of some moisturizer and occasional cream to select spots. He is only 4 and has had severe Eczema all his life. He went for months only eating chicken, peas and rice…but now, I can happily say that he has been blessed with a miracle. Our whole family has! He went from itching, bleeding, crying and never sleeping to a healthy happy and cleared-skin boy because of his special kids chewable probiotic! He only chews these Vidazorb chewables 3 times a day and he actually loves them like candy! I am just so grateful to have finally found something that would do more than cover up the symptoms…it has changed our life
Thanks for the article. Caroline
