To Nicholas and Jung Hyun, recent graduates of the 47th term of the Dahn Yoga Masters in Training Program. I know the Boston Dahn Yoga centers are lucky to have them as part of their staff! Members will learn a lot from them.

I have recently rediscovered Master Byukwoon sunsa nim’s blog. Master Byukwoon is the most senior Dahn master in the United States and was one of the first to come here from Korea. On the blog he shares many inspiring stories from his life. He writes it in Korean and then has it translated.
